Finishing Types We Offer

• Mirror Finish: Gloss level above 600 (approximately 81% of true mirror reflection).
• BA Finish: Gloss level between 400 and 500.
• Hair Line Finish: Using Flap Wheels with Grit 120, 240, or 320.
• Finish No. 4: Using sandpaper with Grit 120 or 240.

Cutting and Bending Services

We also provide cutting and bending services for stainless steel sheets up to 300 cm wide and 3 mm thick.

Finishing Specifications

• 1D Finish: Hot rolled, annealed, and pickled. Produces an orange peel texture.
• 1B Finish: Hot rolled, annealed, and pickled, with a bright skin surface.
• 2B Finish: Cold rolled, annealed, and pickled, resulting in a bright skin surface.
• BA Finish: Cold rolled, bright annealed, and pickled under an inert gas atmosphere. Gloss level between 400 and 500. We can achieve gloss levels close to the BA finish standard.
• HL Finish (Scotch Brite Wheel): Cold rolled, annealed sheets processed with Scotch Brite wheels in grit sizes 120/240/320, producing continuous long hairline patterns.
• No. 4 Finish: Cold rolled, annealed sheets processed using abrasive belts with grit sizes 120/240, resulting in short, non-continuous lines.
• No. 8 Mirror Finish: Cold rolled, annealed sheets polished using a 64-head mirror polishing machine, achieving a gloss level above 600 and reflectivity of 85%, resembling a glass mirror.
